Oliver Piotrowski — Founder, Pinnacle International Advisory

Oliver Piotrowski founded his first company at 24, building it from a standing start into one of the UK’s fastest-growing property investment and development groups. With no family capital and no inherited network, he created a platform that now encompasses development investment advisory, a full-service construction company, and an international HNW client base spanning family offices, institutional investors, and sports professionals.

His business model is distinctive: he originates and structures investment into development opportunities, then physically designs and constructs the finished product through his own team. This end-to-end capability — investor, developer, and constructor in one — is rare, and it’s what underpins his credibility as an advisor.

Through Pinnacle International Advisory, Oliver now brings this decade of operationally-tested expertise to Saudi Arabia and the GCC, advising sovereign entities, family offices, and development organisations engaged in the region’s transformation programmes.
